Yes, all Bodum products are BPA Free. The majority of Bodum products are made with the
Borosilicate Glass
Characteristics: Resistant to temperature changes; very strong glass composition that will
not cloud or stain from use. Dishwasher safe.
Santoprene
Characteristics: Silicone coating used in various product elements. Offers ergonomic feel,
non-slip grip and cool touch coating. Dishwasher safe.
SAN Plastic (styrene-acylnitrile-copolymeride)
Characteristics: Excellent transparency, scratch resistant, non-deformable by heat,
resistant to temperature change. BPA free. Dishwasher safe.
PP Plastic (polypropylene)
Characteristics: Equal proportions of toughness, rigidity, and hardness. Non-deformable,brilliant surface gloss, low water absorptive capacity and water vapour permeability. BPAfree. Dishwasher safe.
POM Plastic (polyoxymethylene)
Characteristics: High rigidity, good elastic qualities, low water absorptive capacity,
compact and dense. BPA free. Dishwasher safe.

Where are BODUM products manufactured?
BODUM products are manufactured worldwide. BODUM owns and operates a factory inPortugal and also utilizes facilities in Germany, Poland and China which meet and operateunder the same social responsibility guidelines as our own factory.

I lost the instruction booklet to my BODUMR product. Can you send me a
